BAKED OATMEAL
PLACE 2 CUPS OF THE BAKED
OATMEAL MIX in a 2 qt. oven-proof
pan and add 4-5 cups of liquid of choice over night... water, milk, soy milk, rice milk, juice or cider (cider
is my preference). Bake at 350 for 35 min. or microwave, 20 min. serve with extra milk, juice, soy milk, rice milk,
brown sugar, maple syrup, or even vanilla ice cream. Individual servings... microwave in deep bowl: 1/4 cup mix
to 1/2-3/4 cup of liquid 2-3 min... enjoy!
GRANOLA PANCAKES
1 CUP 2
TSP. VANILLA 1-2 EGGS 1 CUP OF BISQUIK OR ANY PANCAKE MIX
1 CUP OF PEARL DOVE GRANOLA OR BAKED OATMEAL MIX 2 TBSP OF OIL (OPTIONAL)
Mix wet ingredients together. Then
add dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Place butter, oil, or pam on a skillet and heat. Place a small amount
of batter in skillet. Flip pancake when underside slightly browned.
BAKED OATMEAL MIX CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED 1
CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR 2 EGGS 1 TSP VANILLA 1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA 3
CUPS BAKED OATMEAL MIX 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter
and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well, add combined flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. stir
in by hand; the Baked Oatmeal mix, and chocolate chips, blending evenly. Then drop by rounded tablespoons onto
ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 min on cookie sheet. Set on wire rack. |
